Social Liability

Social liability would round off my pillars as this day and age those lines may be blurred. As a leader and professional, I would ensure that there is an understanding that the organization’s brand means everything. Today’s world offers a variety of platforms for either myself or my team members to share everything from our afternoon lunch choices to our thoughts on the most tender of societal issues. I would want to ensure that myself and others understood that it was our responsibility to protect our brand while simultaneously being inclusive within our society as norms are ever changing.
