Integrity

Integrity would easily follow both compassion and accountability as it would be a marriage of them both. As a professional, integrity would be my willingness to follow in accord with the standards set by my organization and to do so on a consistent basis. This would mean that I would have the accountability of myself to be consistent with the values of my organization because to the strong sense of loyalty to my organization. As a leader, integrity would allow me to display the moral values of my organization through my actions instead of my words. A leader who is consistent in their decision making builds the mold for integrity for the entire organization.
