Accountability
Accountability exudes professionalism as it would insist that I would be responsible for my activities whether they were sound or deficient. Maintaining this pillar would mean that I would not look outside for blame to any problem; but instead, I’d began with self-evaluation in which I would be able to build a set of core values that I would govern not only myself but also my staff. Spilling over into leadership responsibilities, accountability would not only mean that I would be accountable for myself, but I would also be accountable for my organization as well as reinforcing that they be accountable for themselves.
